Cheese Cake, it seems as of late that it just isn’t a cool desert. Now, bear in mind I am not talking about some Hipster Chocolate-foo-foo-swirls thing, I’m talking about a proper New York style Cheese Cake. It should be about two inches thick and dripping with some sort of fruit, served cold rich and a little tart. You should be able to taste the touch of lemon in it.

I deliberately kept this simple , it’s about the shapes, not the color or the shadows, it’s flat but not… It’s about the cheese cake.
